We focus on custom design — building five to ten homes a year in New England and Florida, setting ourselves apart from the large-volume builders. We build our homes individually and do not construct multiple projects at a time. We build quickly, utilizing state-of-the-art products and techniques. Projects take months, not years to build. We build our homes for a known price with appropriate specifications. Our design services are incorporated into your price. We never work under the terms of the infamous “builder’s cost”. We take an upfront approach, with no hidden landmines!

We build great looking traditional New England or Shingle-Style homes with fun, funky interiors. They are individually detailed and meticulously thought-out. So at the end of the day, while my approach to this business is uncomplicated, I’ll grant you that it’s been said my home designs are truly slick!… I suppose I can live with that.
